China ZTE Secures 3G Network Deal in Nepal
16 June, 2009, Hong Kong, According the media report in Hong Kong published by South China Morning Post. ZTE Corporation, the China mainland's second largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer, has secured for an undisclosed sum two separate deals to build 3G cellular networks in Mongolia and Nepal.
Mongolian mobile-telephone services operator Skytel will use ZTE equipment in setting up a nationwide network combining 3G systems based on the UMTS and CDMA2000 standards.
The same report that quotes, Spice Nepal Private will upgrade its existing 2G GSM-standard cellular network to 3G, with the first phase expected to be completed in October.

14 June, 2009, Hong Kong. James Lung the chairman of Southern Democratic
Alliance SDA a small political party so far but actively involved in equal
opportunity in Hong Kong has attended a meeting with the legislators in the
Legislative Council on 12 June 2009. In the meeting, according to the party
source, his delegation team discussed the Code of Practice on Employment of the
Race Discrimination Ordinance.
In the meeting, DUNCAN ABATE, the representative of the Employers' Federation of
Hong Kong; delivered a speech which according the same source, SDA chairman
opposed it and wanted to have a further discussion with Duncan Abate after the
meeting. However, he left the venue before the meeting finished. James Lung
reacted, "I was disappointed."
Speech of DUNCAN ABATE
"It is the duty of the government to protect the equal rights for ethnic
minorities, but not of the employees."
The chairman of the SDA, James Lung believes that he is wrong and selfish. He
further says, "Employees have business in Hong Kong. They earn money from Hong
Kong and they should have the duty to carry out the positive norms of Hong Kong,
such as equality and love."
He argued further, "It is not only the duty for the government to protect the
equal rights for ethnic minorities, but for all people in the city, including
the employees. I am sorry that DUNCAN ABATE and his friends are so selfish.
However, I think most of the employees are willing to carry out their duty to
protect the equal rights for ethnic minorities."
The standpoint of Southern Democratic Alliance
He presented opinion on behalf of SDA saying, "We think that the Code of
Practice on Employment of the Race Discrimination Ordinance should be passed by
the Legislative Council as soon as possible. By that, Hong Kong can become a
more and more equal society and the ethnic minorities can have a better
protection."
According to SDA, If the code is passed, it can also give more international
goodwill for Hong Kong. The world will know that all races are welcome to Hong
Kong and we will give them good protections. Once the Code becomes effective, it
can speed up the other parts of the Race Discrimination Ordinance to be carried
out.
Mr. James Lung concluded saying that, "The Southern Democratic Alliance
understands that some organizations may worry about the Code. The Equal
Opportunities Commission has promised a regular review will be carried out."
He finally informed the concern parties and media saying, "The Southern
Democratic Alliance asks the Legislative Councilors to support the Code and vote
for it on 8 July 2009. By that, an equal and integrated society can be built."

Hong Kong, Ethnic Minorities and Concern Parties.
According to media circulation by James Tien the leader of The Southern
Democratic Alliance (the SDA), it has finished a meeting with the Race Relations
Unit of the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau on 18 May 2009. On which
both parties have discussed the following matters:
Case of Limbu Dil Bahadur
It is about two months since Limbu Dil Bahadur has been killed. The SDA
seriously asks the government to open the Inquest Hearing of Limbu Dil Bahadur
as soon as possible. It can be sure that the Opening of the Inquest Hearing of
Limbu Dil Bahadur can comfort his spirit and his family’s members.
Police officers’ recruitment of ethnic minorities
The ratio of police officer and ethnic minorities’ population is too low. The
SDA hopes that the Police can considerate to increase the ethnic minorities to
join the Police Force. James Lung Wai Man, the chairman of the SDA thinks that
as more and more ethnic minorities police officers are to be recruited, the
relationship between police officer and ethnic minorities’ population will be in
harmony.
Computer Services in Libraries and Home Affairs Department Public Enquiry
Services Centers
The frequencies to use computer services in Libraries and Home Affairs
Department Public Enquiry Services Centers are extreme low for the ethnic
minorities, due to lack of English Windows in the computers. The SDA asks the
government to install English Windows in the computers, so that the ethnic
minorities can use them.
Ethnic Minorities Handbills in Home Affairs Department Public Enquiry Services
Centers
There are handbills in Home Affairs Department Public Enquiry Services Centers
for ethnic minorities. However, it is not difficult to find out those handbills.
The SDA suggests the government to design Ethnic Minorities Corners in the
Centers. It will surely facilitate the ethnic minorities to find out the
handbills that they need.
Translation services in the Labor Department
It is very difficult for ethnic minorities to find jobs in the Labor Department. Most of the jobs advertisements in the Labor Department are in Chinese (there is only translation in job’s name and salary is printed in Arabic number characters.) The SDA hopes that the Labor Department can pick up the duty of translation about the job natures and requirements. So that, the ethnic minorities can understand the jobs advertisements, can find the job more easily and can change their economic situations.
Arun III project vs Yangtze River Hydro Power in China
The hindered and blocked hydro project of Arun III by then opposition leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, which turned to be Yangtze River hydro power in China which was funded by World Bank is now generating at least 21,000 MW electricity with 3 generators. On the other side, the so-called deep water resources Nepal is being deprived of water and electricity. Because of its farsighted so-called leaders.
According to media publication, the same project is buying an another project to be generated in Jinsha River will generate at least 38,500 MW of combined electricity with net profit of 7.03 billion Yuan that is approximately 71 billion Nepalese Rupees.

Yakthung Limbu Culture is so rich both in terms of its developmental aspects, its meaning and valule. Yakthung Paan Limbu language is one of the most primitive language all over the world. Only the reason to prove that is about its Mundhum the holy scripture based on oral traditions that Yakthungs do know as insight book or Sik Sapla. It always starts from its naught point i.e. before the creation of the universe and the Earth. Language is so unique and great that we can prove from its highly developed form of linguistic richness. It is also regarded as a science because it always advocates how artistically and logically the Universe, the Earth was made by Porokmiba Yambhamiba seems like a particular scientist like albert einstein and some other physisists.
