The method is named after French mathematician Andre Sainte-Lague. Its divisor method used to alocate seats proportionally for representative assemblies with party list voting system.
In the modified Sainte-Lague Method, qtuotients are calculated turn by turn. Each parties total number vote is divided by the following series of numbers: 1.4,3,5,7,9 etc. whichever list has the highest quotient gets the seat allocated, and their quotient is recalculated given their new seat total. The process is repeated until all the 335 PR seats have been allocated. The MSLM is used in Norway and Sweden.

Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Hong Kong has concluded its proposed program in Yau Ma Tei Community Hall in Hong Kong. Yograj Wanem(Gen.secretary of KYC Nepali gave a key note speech on the concept of Limbuwan Autonomous Region of the Federal Republic of Nepal. The program was chaired by KYCHK’s Chairman Gyan Prasad Mangyung and hosted by the secretary of KYCHK Gyanu Menyangbo. The welcome speech was delivered by Tulchan Pangma(Exe. Member KYCHK), likewise, KYCHK’s concept on the agenda speech delivered by Hasta Maswa(Treasurer). There were about 60 community members present including Bhupendra Chemjong(Chairman Ethnic Federation, HK), Hem Tabebung (Secretary, Nepalese Federation, HK) and likewise, Major, Saran Kumar Palungwa (Senior Training Officeer, Hong Kong Adventure Corps), Ganesh Ijam(Supervisor, Ponsetia Primary School), Bhaga Subba-Singak(Yakthung Paan singer and Chairman of Federal Limbuwan), Abichandra Ingnam(Secretary, Limbuwan National Front), Mrs, Nar Kumari Yakso- Angbhang(Limbuwan Development Council).

Father and son fall from the house roof and father dies in Fakkhong(Phakkumba), Taplejung.
It is a common practice to have a hay roofed house among Federal Republic of Nepal and especially in Limbuwan Autonomous Region. Recently a father died of fall while on the top of his own house roof covering house roof.
According to Amar Hook Chongbang, father Serbahadur Wanem-Limbu and his son were on the course to maintaining their house roof and were putting hay on the top of the house roof and accidentally they both fell down from the roof and father died. However, son survived with injuries.
It is very necessary to introduce law to have mandatory safety tools while some one is working on the height. Both, central government and regional government must urgently look into such matters.

Gen. Secretary of Kirat Yakthung Chumlung KYC Nepal to leave for Hong Kong
According to the known sources, General Secretary of Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Nepal Yograj Wanem-Limbu is to head to Hong Kong on mission to upcoming constituent assembly election and concept of Limbuwan Autonomous Region of the Federal Republic of Nepal. He will deliver a key note speech on the agenda following an interaction program with the community members at the venue at Yaumatei Community Hall, Jordan, Hong Kong. The program will start at 1pm and last at about 7 pm on Sunday, 23rd of March, 2008.

Ex. British Army Captain and former Pradhan Pancha and Chairman of Village Development Committee of Sreejung is in critical condition.
According to an informed source, Ex. British Army Captain and former Pradhan Pancha and also Chairman of the Village Development Committee of Sreejung VDC Nrayan Prasad Hook Chongbang-Limbu is in critical condition. He has been admitted to B.P. Koirala Memorial Hospital in Dharan who is believed to be over 90 years of his age. His eldest son Ganesh Kumar Hook Chongbang-Limbu who is residing in UK with his family is flying back to Nepal by tomorrow to see his ailing father.

Yakthung Limbu Culture is so rich both in terms of its developmental aspects, its meaning and valule. Yakthung Paan Limbu language is one of the most primitive language all over the world. Only the reason to prove that is about its Mundhum the holy scripture based on oral traditions that Yakthungs do know as insight book or Sik Sapla. It always starts from its naught point i.e. before the creation of the universe and the Earth. Language is so unique and great that we can prove from its highly developed form of linguistic richness. It reaches to the bottom of the feelings and height of the feelings. It is also regarded as a science because it always advocates how artistically and logically the Universe, the Earth was made by Porokmiba Yambhamiba seems like a particular scientist like albert einstein and some other physisists.
Mundhum, Life & accidental death "Shogha"
The humanbeing is so unique on this Earth. They can think, they memorise and they do everything in contrast to other living beings.
The humanbing is so unique in the sense that they can remember the past, live for today and hope for tomorrow. However, humanbeing is not an immortal. The way they born and die as other living beings. Human dies definitely but with different way or different causes that we all know.
The humanbeing is so uniuqe in the sense that almost all the living beings to be imagined in the faces of humanbeing. You can check and compare anybody with any one of the living beings such as cow, lion, snake or what not.
The humanbeing is so unique that the shape and faces can be imagined and compared one of the existed livingbeing or creatures, at the same way the spirit. A man becomes a saint, professional and contrary to it the elements of antagonists such as terrorists or docoits or destroyers or what not.
The humanbeing is so unique in the sense that it is mortal and almost all are aware of it but they never realize that they have to die one day.
According to our Mundhum, death can be divided to the following categories:
1. Chotlung or natural death after attaining 40 years of age with natural cause. They are able to reach to the summit to the brightest place or heaven.
2. Tangamba, or before attaining 40 years of age after having teeth or youth death. They will remain in the half way.
3. Shashik Yangdang, death before having teeth or child death. They will remain on Earth.
4. Sugup, birth death and Shogha, the accidental death including suicide. They will go down deep to the darkest hole.
The renowned physicist, Professor Hwaking argues, once said that everything was made or created systematically, is able to prove that with the help of logic and scientific proof. The Big Bang Theory. However, he is lost in the end saying that why all these happened to be. No one can answer to this question and may be never ever.
Our holy scripture or oracle Mundhum explains that the way people die with accident or other way except natural death is called "Sogha"(accidental or unexpected death". Accidental death or suicide is regarded as one of the worst way for human life. Because Sogha can pull people to be Sogha. They always try their hard to make their Sogha member. The spirit one who becomes a Sogha like sucide bomber, suicides or other killers and killings will be able to attract tremendous people to be so in the same way death. Their prime focus is : Number one, to pull family or close relatives. Number two, friends or nearby circles. Number three, anybody who encounters nearby sorrounding areas.
You might be astonishing, why so many people are being suicide bombers one to another. The Sogha the accidental or unsuccessful spirits is always best looking for the same fate. According to our myth the Mundhum, once a Shogha draws 12 members, it will be 12 horned Shogha and shall be the most powerful that almost impossible to eradicate it by normal sacred hymns. The Shoghas are not able to reach to the top meaning heaven. Mundhum doesn't tell the heaven and hell as most religions do believe in it. According to Mundhum, all type of accidental death will go down and down to the deep black hole. Sogha always follows the same way. For example, a man/woman dies of motorcycle accident, his/her close relatives will have to encounter the same fate. If some one is died with hanging, the other Sogha victim will follow the same victim.
Thus, Sambas the tellers of holy Mundhum can tell us how it started? and how can be prevented?
The Ideal person to bar the Sogha spirit is called Mangba. He or she is specially designed for to block the ways to the Soghas, the accidental or unsuccessful spirits. However, there is no more such Mangbas available at this stage and the same thing is being performed by Yeba/Yema or other Sambas who are really a brilliant to do this job.
The classification of spiritual teachers are as below:
1. Phedangma, or caretaker.
2. Samba, the teller of all creations.
3. Mangba, the preventor of all type of accidental deaths.
4. Yeba/Yema, the preventor of all type of zealous.
5. Yuma, the prayers and predictors.
Our holy scripture the Mundhum says that there will be a tremendous number of people may be sinners or holy spirits, this will be witnessed by the Sun and the Moon who are the sole witnesses since the inception of the Earth, untill one single saint or the holy spirit will remain on this Earth, a single man is able to hold this Earth to sustain. The Mundhum the holy words of creation of the creations tells.
