Our organization, "Nepal Labour Organization" Department of foreign affairs Chief Ramesh Tufan has been arrested by Malaysian police on 8th November 2008, when he was coming back Malaysia via Singapore participating in the meeting of IAMR which was held in Manila, Philipines, organized by IMA. It has been approved that Nepalese Ambassdor Dr. Rishi Raj Adhikari made police to arrest him. According to police officers 'Your Ambassdor Dr. Rishi Raj Adhikari complaind to arrest You, so we arrest.' And Ambassdor Adhikari also accepted that he complained to arrest him. Also he accepted in this morning that in phone talking with one of our member of Nepal LabourOrganization.

Hong Kong Nepal Body Building Association to Unveil DVD

According to Lokraj Limbu (Angbhang) the Secretary of Hong Kong Nepal Body Building Association, there will be a DVD unveil programme on 30th of November, 2008. The DVD is the collection of the program recorded last month for the Mr. HK Nepal, 2008. The venue will be Kangan restaurent located in Jordan, Hong Kong and the time is 7 pm in the evening and all are welcome.

As against the euphoria in the rest of the world about such a presidency, this article reads into his 2006 book (The Audacity of Hope) and his campaign speeches, a different kind of Obama. He emerges as a technician who is best equipped to fix broken policies and get America working once again. One can only hope that a US that is once again working does not mean a US that is more efficient in its exercise of military domination and even more successful in projecting its own vision of human affairs as the only road to the good life. To believe in Obama, one needs to hope against hope.

According to the news published in South China Morning post, a girl aged 13 was stoned to death after she was charged of adultery. She was raped by Islamist militants and was pelted stone to death by a dozen people which was witnessed by a thousand people.

दुबइमा एक भिल्लामा एक परिवार मात्र

दुबइ, २९ अक्टोवर । दुबइ नगरपालिकाले एक महिना अघि जारी गरेको सुचना अनुसार दुबइमा एउटा भिल्लामा एक जना मात्र परिवारका सदस्यहरुले बस्न पाउने भएका छन् । जसमा एकदमै नजिका परिवार सदस्य जस्तै, बुबा, आमा, श्रीमान-श्रीमति, छोरा-छोरी, दाजु-भाइ, दिदी-बहिनी मात्र एक साथ एउटा भिल्लामा बस्न पाउने छन् । सो सुचनाको अन्तिम मिति यहि २८ अक्टोवर थियो । दुबइमा महंगाइ बढेको बेलामा यस प्रकारको निर्णयले दुबइमा बसोवास गर्ने धेरै परिवारलाई असर पु-याएको छ । यस भन्दा पहिला एउटा भिल्लमा दुइ वा तीन परिवारका सदस्यले मिलेर बस्थे, जसले उनिहरुलाई भाडा तिर्न सहुलियत भएको थियो ।
कुनै पनि घरघनिले एक भन्दा बढी परिवारलाई राखेको पाइएमा दिरहम ५० हजार सम्म जरिमाना तिर्नु पर्ने छ । तर यस्तो बेलामा दुबइमा परिवार बस्ने घर तथा फ्ल्याट सस्तोमा कहाँ पाइएला भनेर अहिले दुबइका परिवार भएका व्यक्तिहरु खोजी गर्दै छन् ।

एन्लाम्बा केदाबा कङ् लारिङ्गेक्ले लासेमी कुसिङ्नु नाम्लिङ्गेक्ले नाम्सेमी कुसिङ केरेक् याक्थुङ् सानु मेन्छाम् याप्मिसाहाओ माङ्वा तार हाङ्वाताररो ।

Formerly Known as Omnanda Sect now Heavenly Path to Celebrate Tihar Festival

According to Angel Bal Kumar Rai the Chairman of Heavenly Path Hong Kong branch, the newly established religious sect will celebrate Tihar Festival. This festival is root based on Hindu Religion and now widely accepted as Nepalese Culture.

Mostly based on Hindu religion and now widely accepted Nepali culture the Tihar will be celebrated with Deusi or Deusire meaning Gime me or Gime me donaiton will be celebrated by Tehrathum Hong Kong Forum. It it to be understood that there are about 50 different Nepalese Association in Hong Kong alone based on religion, ethnicity, district wise, profession and political. Non of the association is economically sound.

Hong Kong Chumlung to Celebrate Tihar Festival with Laaringgek & Naamlinggek

According to Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Hong Kong, there will be a celebration of Tihar known as Balihang Festival with its traditional style of visiting each house saying Laaringgek or the light of the moon and Namlinggek or light of the son.

Puspa Kamal Dahal "Prachand" becomes first Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Nepal

This is long awaited to be happened. Now, Puspa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" has been elected as the first Prime minister of the Federal Republic of Nepal. The visionary person and a capable to leading Nepal as per the aspiration of people of Nepal and as per the demand of the time for the 21st century.

The Yakthung news family sincerely and heartily congratulate Puspa Kamal Dahal for becoming the first Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Nepal.

We also hope, he will be successful in his tenure upbringing Nepal from its lowest height to its highest height in terms of socio-economic success.

According to Abichandra Ingnam the general secretary of Limbuwan National Front (LNF), the party is going to launch awareness program in Hong Kong on 24th August, 2008 at Yaumatei Community Hall. The program will start from 1 pm onwards on that day. The theme for the program is on the issue of Limbuwan Autonomy in Nepal.

According to the informed source, there will be party cadre education program as well.

The seminar is expected to be important for especially to unaware Yakthung-Limbus living in Hong Kong.

An Annual Event in UK by KYC-UK
According to our correspondent and advisor Major. Saran Kumar Palungwa, there was an annual event in UK called KYC-UK BBQ party on 19th July, 2008.
The party was addressed by Siriprasad Limbu KYC-UK chairman with Sewaro!

He thanked to everybody, particularly the members:Vice president Damar Limbu, Gen Sec Rajen Limbu, Treasurer. Mrs. Kamala Limbu, Mr. Sheru Limbu and his team, Mr. Mahesh Wanem, Mr. Dil Sambahamphe Limbu, and his Kelaang team, Mrs. Durga Pangma and her team, Mrs. Hangma limbu and her all reception team and to all those members and Bhanja & Bhanji who helped to make the party successful. "It would not have been possible to run so efficiently and successfully without their tireless effort and dedication", he added.

Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Hong Kong has concluded its proposed program in Yau Ma Tei Community Hall in Hong Kong. Yograj Wanem(Gen.secretary of KYC Nepali gave a key note speech on the concept of Limbuwan Autonomous Region of the Federal Republic of Nepal. The program was chaired by KYCHK’s Chairman Gyan Prasad Mangyung and hosted by the secretary of KYCHK Gyanu Menyangbo. The welcome speech was delivered by Tulchan Pangma(Exe. Member KYCHK), likewise, KYCHK’s concept on the agenda speech delivered by Hasta Maswa(Treasurer). Father and son fall from the house roof and father dies in Fakkhong(Phakkumba), Taplejung.
It is a common practice to have a hay roofed house among Federal Republic of Nepal and especially in Limbuwan Autonomous Region. Recently a father died of fall while on the top of his own house roof covering house roof.
According to Amar Hook Chongbang, father Serbahadur Wanem-Limbu and his son were on the course to maintaining their house roof and were putting hay on the top of the house roof and accidentally they both fell down from the roof and father died. However, son survived with injuries.

The method is named after French mathematician Andre Sainte-Lague. Its divisor method used to alocate seats proportionally for representative assemblies with party list voting system.
In the modified Sainte-Lague Method, qtuotients are calculated turn by turn. Each parties total number vote is divided by the following series of numbers: 1.4,3,5,7,9 etc. whichever list has the highest quotient gets the seat allocated, and their quotient is recalculated given their new seat total. The process is repeated until all the 335 PR seats have been allocated. The MSLM is used in Norway and Sweden.
